(Interview with Paul Herndon)

For today’s worldview segment I read part of the Humanist Manifesto 1 and talk about the displayed underlying worldview. Humanism denies the supernatural and denies the God of the Bible. When we look at secular society today, it is a reflection of the Humanist Manifesto.

For the main topic, I continue the interview with Paul Herndon of Pleasant Meadow Creamery in part two of Business Owner and Dairyman. We finish up covering the following topics:

-Raw milk

-A1/A2 properties of milk

-Running a dairy

-The life of a dairyman

-The dairy cow for the homesteader

-Advice for the homesteader

The Matron and Maiden talk about their recent adventures making yogurt from fresh, raw milk. They also give a review of Cuisinart’s electric pressure cooker.

Quote of the day:

“I simply taught, preached, wrote God’s Word; otherwise I did nothing. And then, while I slept…the Word so greatly weakened the papacy that never a prince or emperor did such damage to it. I did nothing. The Word did it all.” – Martin Luther
