   A while back I looked on the web for raw milk in Oklahoma and hit a dead end. I quit the search under the impression that it’s nearly impossible to get raw milk in Oklahoma. After listening to Episode 49 today I did another search, using the term “cow sharing”, and hit the mother lode. As it turns out, farmers are actually allowed to sell some milk “on the farm” in Oklahoma. Some of the farms nearby sell milk for only $1-$2 more per gallon than I’m already paying. Thanks for the tip!

     Great to hear that, Bruce. Of course, it would be nice if we were allowed to make our own decisions regarding our food and sources we use, but cow sharing (and the like) are creative ways we’ve ensured some autonomy in decision making.
