Podcast Episode 59 – Education Part 3

For today’s worldview segment I talk about the slap in the face that pro-lifers (those that are awake enough to understand what happened) received from house Republicans today regarding pro-life bills. They balked on a meaningful bill that would have banned abortions past 20 weeks, with exceptions in favor of a largely symbolic and redundant bill, once again showing how their campaign principles differ from their actual principles. Put the bill up, vote on it and politicians can answer to their constituents.

For the main topic Monica and I wrap up our podcast series on American education. Today we talk about the solutions (removing kids from public schools and ultimately abolishing the public school), and the common objections that most people have regarding these ideas.

Scripture of the day:

“Blessed is the man

who walks not in the counsel of the wicked,

nor stands in the way of sinners,

nor sits in the seat of scoffers;

but his delight is in the law of the Lord,
and on his law he meditates day and night.” (Psalm 1:1-2 ESV)
