For the worldview segment I discuss an older article (2011) that bans the use of cash in Louisiana in the case of second hand goods – all in the name of security of course. Is this part of the war on cash for collection purposes? A way for the state to collect more taxes? Or is this well meaning but ridiculous politicians looking out for your safety and security? Either way, this bill is ludicrous!
